Ca 20 tryfflar

  • 1 mosad banan
  • 60 g whey protein med vaniljsmak
  • 30 g hackade mandlar
  • 40 g riven kokos
  • 60 g mixade havregryn
  • 2 g vanilj extrakt

Ställ i frysen i ca 20 minuter

  1. 1/2 mashed banana
  2. 30 g protein Vanilla
  3. 15 g chopped Almonds
  4. 20g shredded Coconut
  5. 30 g blended oats
  6. 1 g Vanilla extract (fluent or powder)

Mix all ingredienses in a bowl until a firm and sticky dough is achieved.

Shape it into round truffles and place in your freezer for about 10 minutes.

Melt 20-30 g dark Stevia Chocolate and cover the truffles with help from a spoon.

Place in freezer again for 10-15 minutes.
